ANYONE GOING TO WIMBLEDON THIS YEAR?

Are you lucky enough to be heading to Wimbledon this year - maybe even have tickets for Centre Court or Hospitality.
As always, our first thought is 'what shall I wear'?

DRESS CODE

There is no official dress code for Wimbledon.  This has become much more relaxed sporting event over the years. If you are heading to Centre Court or Hospitality then some rules do apply.  For the gentleman a  suit, jacket, shirt & tie and for the ladies it is a great excuse to dress up and put on our 'glad rags'.   Classic, stylish and elegance come to mind.

CURRENT TRENDS FOR THE DAY

• Choose white (just like the tennis players, officially)!  or if this is too much for you, perhaps, go for cream shades
  
• Summery, floaty dresses
  
• Smart tailored trousers with a flimsy, feminine blouse will be stylish yet still comfortable
• Avoid going too short and too tight - apart from anything else you want to feel stylish as well as comfortable
  
• Wedge heeled sandal or espadrilles
• The British weather - you will need something to keep you warm if and/when the sun goes down.   Think of some practical cover-up
  
• Sunglasses, sunhat, sun cream and, of course, your brolly.
